  1. Don't love seeing Low put on the injured list. Really hope it isn't a pitching injury. I thought he was scheduled to start yesterday which has me scared it is a pitching injury.
  2. Incredibly silly that this stuff is being tested in affiliated ball especially in AA.
  3. Especially with him playing at Coors in that time. The average batting line at Coors in the late 90's was insane. HoF level hitting splits being the average hitter splits there.
  4. Mexico City's elevation is 7300 ft. Denver's is 5200 ft. Again not really comparable.
  5. Helton has Coors working against him though and Votto has an MVP.
  6. Thank you for this article. I thought he was way further away from the plate than normal lol.
  7. Salt Lake City is 4300ft above sea level. Mexico City is 7300. Just not even comparable. They can explore these effects in AAA where there are a bunch of PCL parks at high elevations.
  8. Disagree. Elevation will always be the biggest issue with Mexico City.
  9. I don't think MLB would ever go to Mexico City because of the elevation. 8000ft above sea level would be way too offensive of an environment.
  10. Hell no. Brewers should absolutely avoid putting their AAA team in the PCL where half the stadiums are at ridiculous elevations and the offensive environment is absurd.
  11. The Madison Mallards average like 6000 fans per game as a Northwoods League team which is 1600 less than Nashville did. If you don’t think Madison could put up those numbers with a Brewers AAA affiliate then I don’t know what you’re smoking.
  12. You've been told countless times Suter is a low leverage pitcher. He would have been nowhere near this game. Bryce Wilson replaced him and has been better than Suter.
  13. I think 2B is no longer a thing for him because of the shift bans. Range is super important again now and Black just doesn't have good range. I thought he was pretty decent in the OF last year but our OF is stacked with prospects so 3B made the most sense. I still think 1B or super utility is what he ends up being long term but getting him practice at 3B is better than sticking him at 1B at this point.
  14. Seriously? Why is this an article? Just absolutely unnecessary for a low leverage RP. Zero reason this article should have been published by this site.
  15. Praying we get Madison!
  16. That's assuming the quality of contact is similar for both teams and it is not. Cardinals xBA is .267 (best in MLB) compared to our .243 (17th in MLB) and their xSLG is .446 (5th in MLB) compared to our .390 (22nd in MLB). Their .347 xwOBA is 4th in the MLB compared to our .318 which is 18th.
  17. Is Vegas a bigger market? Sportsmedia watch has Vegas as basically the same size market as Milwaukee.
  18. Taylor has supposedly been playing games in Arizona and will be headed on a rehab assignment soon. Frelick is on the IL currently with a sprained thumb. Would imagine Taylor will be ready before Frelick.
  19. That was good. Well done!
  20. I hope I find a wife someday that loves me as much as you love Suter.
  21. Clearly getting JB some lab work! Good to see Frelick hasn't been put on the IL with his thumb injury.
  22. A's and Rockies are both complete jokes as franchises.
  23. Brewers definitely value Turang's defense at 2B. Without the hard shift, range at 2B is more important than it has been the last few years.
  24. Nobody claimed him. He is staying in Nashville.
  25. Houser still has another year of team control. There's zero reason to give him an extension.
