Mike Boeve was 6-for-8 in the Biloxi doubleheader (double, five singles).
You can watch all four of his singles from Game Two in this video.
In rewatching the MiLB.TV archive of the game (subscribers can find that here, go to the 02:08:20 hour/minute mark), you'll see the top of the 7th inning at-bat in a game tied at 2-2 where Boeve swings hard and misses the 1-0 pitch, he then takes a brief walk but clearly grabbed at his hamstring, the Montgomery announcer is on it with the call.
Boeve is visited by Manager Joe Ayrault and Trainer Andrew Staehling but is allowed to remain in the game. Via the first video linked above, you see the 4th single from Boeve on a 2-2 cound against former Brewers farmhand RHP Evan Reifert.
Brock Wilken is up next and lines a single to center, while Boeve, "not moving quickly at all" per the broadcast, stops at second base (it's unlikely even a speedy runner would have advanced to third base on the knock).
Finally, after the count moves to 1-1 on Zavier Warren, Ayrault sends Ben Metzinger in to pinch-run for Boeve. Warren strikes out, Eric Brown Jr. grounds out and the Shuckers do not score in a game they eventually won 5-4 in nine innings (scheduled for seven as the second game of the twinbill).
The only person who seemed to be on top of their game in this sequence was the Biscuits' announcer Jack Sadighian (we don't have archived access to Voice of the Shuckers' Javik Blake's call of the broadcast for this road game).
Very odd, and off-putting by Ayrault and Staehling, especially if Boeve misses more than a single game or lands on the injured list.
