  1. Dude has basically had zero rest since he got here, for obvious reasons. And he's been hurt by two horribly-timed errors, IIRC. Willing to give him more benefit of the doubt until things normalize.
  2. A 'flurry of posts' guys. Meaning a compilation of multiple hurried posts. Not any one specific posting. Good grief....
  3. All the more puzzling about pulling the IF in. Just too many opportunities to get runs back to focus on preventing one run at the expense of allowing more.
  4. To be clear I am not saying the Reds are better. I think we are. Just saying that a 6 game lead with 2 months to play is really not huge and schedule matters. Others did. Hence, flurry of posts.
  5. I can only hope that EVERY IGT for a game the Brewers lose the rest of the year contains a flurry of posts about how we're destined to blow this lead and how the Reds are a better team...
  6. At some point Sanchez needs to take some heat for this too. Horrendous outing, regardless of Garcia's error.
  7. Somewhat surprised they had the infield in with no outs. One run is basically a given there- why not keep the IF back and try to keep it from being a bigger thing?
  8. If they should have won game 2 vs. the Pirates, they equally should have lost game 3, so that one cancelled out IMO.
  9. I still don't understand the 'he played it so poorly he didn't touch it, so it's not an error' nonsense.
  10. Yelich has been activated, per Brewers’ social media.
  11. The Allen trade really did put a nice bow on what the Bucks were able to do with limited resources- resigning Bobby, bringing in Hill and Allen, adding two developmental 2nd rounders, and a couple of vet minimum guys to try out for bench minutes seems like a really successful offseason, all things considered.
  12. That was part of my initial math problem. Wasn't sure if that would be enough to push it back a year or not.
  13. 1b WOAH SOLVDD? My goodness, what amazing in-season bat acquisitions this year....
  14. Three more years until free agency, if my math is right. EDIT to fix my bad math...
  15. Kind of feels like every win we get with the roster situation is stealing one a bit. So happy we're 3-1 since Hader went out.
  16. Yeah, if you’re betting on undefeated, there are a lot of people here taking that bet….
  17. Well, I stand corrected and am very surprised.
  18. I'd assume it'd be on one of the ancillary networks, as I doubt they'll air the full basketball game on their main primetime coverage. But it'll be on TV someplace rather than Peacock.
  19. The dude who pulled the Burnes auto'd jersey probably had a really great Friday so far.
  20. Worth noting, Tucker did issue a complete denial of these reports. But seems like there's far too much smoke here for there not to be a fire.
  21. Certainly not making a case for anything other than a DFA.
