Yeah basically a salary dump which would be fine I guess. Would allow us to take on some salary at the trade deadline if we decide to be buyers. -

Can't imagine Civale is too happy with this move, particularly with him being a free agent this offseason. Gotta think they are trying to trade him. -
For those of us wondering what's up with the dual pre and post game shows this series, it's apparently because FanDuel carries both Brewers and Braves games so they are going the cheap route and combining shows.

I don't think he's dropped off all that much. Average is down compared to the end of last year but is probably on pace to beat his homerun and RBI totals. Obviously needs to improve his OBP but I'm confident he will do that. I think he's been solid this year. Not great but solid. -

If it's Tommy John, he could very well miss the rest of this season and most if not all of 2026. Just brutal.

6 weeks would mean something went wrong. He has one more rehab in Nashville and then should be pitching in Milwaukee.

Very exciting to see what he's doing in AA at his age. To be honest, he had fallen a bit in my eyes as far as prospect rankings go but what he's done so far this year has me rethinking that. -
Possibly two more rehab starts for Woodruff?!? I understand making sure he's good to go but the season is wasting away and it's not like we're paying him a small salary. Get his butt to Milwaukee.
