Jim just dropped an amazing stat on the radio that I didn't realize....Braun's only played in 38 games. 31 RBI, 10 HR. Unbelievable! 25 HR and 80 RBI is my prediction by the end of the year and ROY for him.

I guess Braun was sad that his OPS had dropped into triple digits...now he's back up above 1000.

 

Fred Lynn is an interesting reference...I guess there aren't that many 160 OPS+ rookies out there to compare to...I just hope Braun doesn't become brittle and bolt to SoCal.
