I'm just about to leave for the game. Really excited because I haven't been able to see the Crew in person since Opening Day, plus I get to sit in the bleachers for the first time at Wrigley. I'll be the one in the Molitor jersey and backwards retro Brewers cap, so if you see someone throwing back a Cubs home run ball, it will be me.

Zambrano has pitched terribly, Hill and Lilly have been very very good. Marquis has a low ERA but hasn't pitched well, Miller has been terrible.

I am worried about tonight myself, Vargas has problems with the long ball and if the wind is blowing out it could be nasty.

anytime we go against Z is scares me..the guy when right can flat out pitch...and hit for that matter...

I like Z, i would like him a whole lot more if he was wearing a brewers jersey though

I have a bad feeling about tonight also. Vargas won't be getting the same huge strikezone that he's had in his 2 starts. If he does have the huge zone, I believe Zambrano can take more advantage of it than Vargas's previous opposing pitchers.

If I were a betting man, I'd be taking the over in this game.

It's funny. All the posters on northsidebaseball.com are pessimistic about this game and the BF.netters are pessimistic about this game.

Somebody has to be wrong.

I just want to see Z get beaned. Is that too much to ask?

Or at the least brushed back about 3 times in the same AB.

interesting Tidbit from the Northsidebaseball forum about Zambrano's comments.

Milwaukee - .348 OBP .459 SLG .807 OPS (4th overall in NL in runs)

Cincinatti - .310 OBP .360 SLG .670 OPS (11th in RS in NL)

We actually...have hte better offense!

This was mentioned under the Zambrano thread under Major Leagues. The poster was a BF.netter. That's beautiful.

Wow...now that is a bad defensive outfield the Cubs are trotting out there. Floyd in RF and a gimpy Soriano in left? That is brutal. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Soriano re-aggravate his hamstring, because he looked very gimpy yesterday.

Woogie, just in case you care, not a big deal; I assume Gross should be listed as RF tonight not CF? No biggie...

And Let me be the 12304234th to tell you, those graphics are sweet!!
