Even during Gross's "terrible" performance in 2007, he had a higher OBP than Hardy has ever had. People don't like Gross? Fine. I just don't see how someone can look at this objectively and preferr Hardy over Gross against a righthanded pitcher.

Attention brewer hitters: have you noticed the strike zone while you've been playing in the field? Tight zone should equal seeing more than 19 pitches in 2 innings. If we show some actual patience today, I could see us really breaking out the runs and we could leave St Louis with a win at least.

More like 14 for strikes 11 for balls, this strike zone is just silly. Hopefully he can adjust to it.

The top and bottom of the strikezone is obviously adjusted for each batter but if the ump was off, it probably wasn't by much. You'd think he would have gotten at least a couple of those, however.
