Grounder to Prince. Yo went to cover the bag but he couldnt beat Johnson. Prince dove to tag Johnson and Yo jumped over them and looked like he jammed his knee. He is up walking around now

Gallardo jumped to avoid Reed Johnson and landed awkwardly on his right leg. At first it looked bad, but he's going to throw some pitches.

My first reaction was Yo might be done for the year. Absolutely devastating way his knee came down. Just brutal video.

 

Unbelievable he's going to try and toss a few warmups here.

That wasn't his knee. That was his ankle. I thought that thing was broken by the replay.

As I mentioned in a different IGT, if that happens to Sheets we are talking at a minimum full knee replacement and possible amputation.. thank goodness Yo is a little tougher..

I'm a Cubs fan, but I have to say Yo has my respect to try to grit it out in that situation. You guys have a gamer in there.

no the other knee. atleast according to bill and brian.

the key was there was no side to side bend to the knee. just the knee cap going to far in if that makes any sense.
