I knew we were in for a too-exciting Bottom of the 9th when they failed to get runners across, but it was worth it to see the CoCo shutdown.

Two things about Turnbow I noticed tonight and don't know if he's done it all year:

 

1. His hat was crooked at one point, ala some players that wear it crooked on purpose.

 

2. When he's in his stretch facing the plate, just before throwing the pitch, his upper torso seems to be facing the plate more. I noticed you could see his back and his name/uni number on tv. Hadn't noticed this before. Has he changed something in his mechanics?
