"Fukudome with a good arm settles under it and that is your inning."

Brian had no idea how many outs there were.

I would make a joke about Cubs fans, but I'm sure that Suppan pitching at Miller Park is going to be even uglier.

Can't say he doesn't deserve it. My Dad, a (tolerable, die hard) Cubs fan refuses to say his name. Just calls him "our left fielder." As long as he helps out the Crew, it's okay by me.

Awesome, nice catch. I didn't notice that.

Tyler Colvin on deck. Why am I sensing an AB like Fukudome had on Opening Day a couple of years ago to tie the game?

Gosh, I hope I'm wrong. We don't need another Cub folk hero.

I would have rather saved Narveson for tomorrow.

Probably saving Parra for tomorrow. Uh oh. Come on Narvy.

I just went all Ned Yost there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

So is Macha taking the Spring Training approach and piggybacking Suppan's starts with Parra? Just ask Soup to pitch the first 3 and Parra the next 3?

Wow they are just brutal to him.

You think Milwaukee would be any different? He's been brutal for awhile now.

Hall and Weeks were booed for about a week straight a couple of summers ago.

Yeah, but as was mentioned earlier, Soriano isn't going anywhere. Approximately how much money would the Cubs have to throw in to make a trade palatable? Not like he's going to be improving his fielding much either.

But, you're probably right. I don't think Brewers fans would be any better.

Bush at 85 pitches.

Gameday had Bush at 77 pitches. Either way, I'm sure Macha thought it would be a good time to get his bullpen some work seeing how he likely won't need them tomorrow (blue text not necessary).
