Absolutely. Said it last night. Outside of Parra, Weeks has been the worst player in the series so far. Parra hasn't done nearly as much damage either because he's hitting 8th. Weeks has killed us because he hits 5th. And honestly, I don't understand what Roenicke was expecting. Weeks has looked like crap since he came back. Outside of that long homerun, he never hits the ball hard. Ever.

 

I would put Green or McGehee at 3rd and start Hairston at 2nd if there's a game 5. There's no way they can be any worse.

Those last two runs Wolf gave up are just killing me. Maybe Marco would have given them up too, but at least give him a chance. Wolf had nothing.

Not sure why people are bagging on Weeks. Over his last 7 days he has a 308/400/538 line and over the last 28 days its 243/391/351

 

He hasn't look good this series, but he has been far from McGehee since coming back.

Hart should be 5th, that's the problem. Any combo of Hairston/Plush/Gomez in the 1st 2 spots, then Braun, Fielder, Hart, Weeks. That's the way to go. If only RR could find a way to get Hart comfortable hitting in the spot that's best for the team. It's only the playoffs, that's probably asking too much,
