This is a picture that looks to be from his forgettable playing days with the Crew- sadly, the only picture of this man in a Brewers uniform that I could find. You'll have to take my word for it that a few short years later, this guy would rock the best perm-unibrow combo in big league history while coaching for the crew- wearing the #8 pinstripes.

Er, um, the longer hair helps me out - better than a buzz cut, for sure - but the facial scruff...not so much (unless it's for playoff-beard purposes, in which case I'm OK with it).

 

He's near the top of my scale for baseball talent and clutchiness, but not for eye-candy factor. He's not ugly by any means, just not my type.
