Since they mentioned Chipper Jones, he finished in an elite club with a career slash of .300+/.400+/.500+

Can you name the other 5 players (plus Chipper at .303/.401/.529) who have retired since Ted Williams to be in the club?

Ok I’ll take a stab, first 5 names that come to mind...

ARod

Helton

Palmeiro

Schmidt

Murray

Yes Helton (.316/.414/.539)

That it for Suter do we think, or do they let him go out for the 6th? With the day off tomorrow, it wouldn't be the worst idea to bring in Hader and see if he could go the 6th/7th to get to Albers/Knebel.

Stan Musial, Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle.... Todd Helton? Manny Ramirez?

Oops I screwed up, meant retired since Musial in 1963. So based on my original question Musial is right but then there are 7 total

Yes Manny .312/.411/.585

Man, this park has been extremely unfriendly to Thames and Bandy who have both hit multiple shots hard tonight.

Gonna be fun when we get back to Miller Park!
