Wonder if they considered walking Kiner Falefa?

Oh, hey, Grandal dropped a ball. Must be a day ending in y.

I have a hard time being too hard on a player playing out of position failing to make a quick reaction play on a hard hit ball.

I’m far from convinced that Thames would make that play. It’s not like it was hit right at him.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

It seems like it is becoming a major trend. The dude drops a lot of balls—catching and manning first base.

We shall see if Brewers are smart enough to try to drive the pitch count over 100 this inning. 83 to start.

91 to end, despite two hits. They are in fact not smart enough.

For all the talk of Grandal sucking offensively lately, Moustakas is hitting .239/.310/.406 in his last 200 plate appearances.

It always bugs me when someone says (as Schroeder just did) when a team breaks a late 0-0 tie that “no big deal, you need a run to win anyway”. But it can be a big deal. Now you need at least two runs to win in a day when baserunners, much less runs, have been hard to come by.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Was going to ask if anyone wanted to dig up those numbers. Everyone wants to resign Moose, but hes kind of reverted back to average. Or at least that's what I thought anyway.

Yep. It's hurting us big time.

Well Lyles is pitching even better with the Brewers this year than last. :)

Not just “at Night” anymore.
