My god. Just sit Yelich. How embarrassing.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Yelich might want to opt-out.

One thing I did not expect going into this year was Josh Hader being used as a mid 2000's style, only pitch the 9th with a lead closer. It especially hurts given we've already had several games blown around the 7th/8th inning.

If Yelich and Hiura don’t turn start raking soon this season is going to slip away quickly.

I am getting to the point where I'll just watch baseball. I don't really care if the Crew win or not. Mediocrity keeps you in it. And, if there was ever a season to be truly bad, it night be this one.

Just eat that one Suter....

I should have done it earlier, but Yelich is headed for the bench on my fantasy team.

I’m beginning to think this is just going to be a totally lost season for him. Sometimes a great hitter has a rough stretch early in the year but pulls out of it after a month or two. I had Jose Ramirez on my fantasy team last year and, after a great 2018, he was horrible for 3 months. Then he had two months of OPS over 1.000 before getting injured.

Yelich doesn’t have the luxury of time, and right now he is even more lost than Travis Shaw was last year.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Fire Andy Haines already.

Bill, shut up about how much respect Counsell has for Grandal. We get it already.

Listening to the Sox announcers. Steve Stone has always been one of my favorite analysts. And Benetti is great when he's not trying to be funny or clever.

Normally we could chalk this up to an anomaly and figure Yelich will come around.

However this is the Milwaukee Brewers and we just gave Yelich gobs of money for the next 10 years so I fully expect Yelich's career to suddenly and inexplicably enter a nosedive and for him to end up making the Braun contract look like an absolute steal.

Mark Mathias turned 26 two days ago, and made his major league debut as a pinch runner. Good for him, hope he scores.
Not just “at Night” anymore.
