It’s scary how much Urias looks like Arcia at the plate. Don’t need two of them in the lineup.

 

ETA- as I posted that they both foul out to the catcher.

We are bad and we are boring. We also have no prospects even close to helping this lineup. I see no reason why we shouldn't cash in Hader to a desperate team like the Dodgers who just might be willing to give us Lux to finally win a World Series.

Why does a 3 run deficit against a mediocre at best pitching staff feel so insurmountable.

 

Probably because we are sending out a below mediocre offensive line-up to face those mediocre pitchers...

For what it's worth Pina seems to have earned more time. The guy has played well.

 

Maybe a 60 game season suits Manny? No time to wear down and become completely ineffective like he did when given the chance to be our normal starter a couple years back...

Scrubs have pretty much clinched the division.

 

The can win every game until the playoffs as far as I'm concerned. Then lose a couple.
