I took Pine Bluff +37 so of course the Badgers start 10-0. Play some D for cripes sakes. Here’s to a deep bench night...

LOL, that’s good stuff. I’m still covering, and Gard should strongly consider getting some walk ons into the game.

The broadcast talking about how it’s a free red shirt year for everyone. I’m really curious if any Badgers seniors in FB or BB are allowed to return, or want to return for that matter. I know WI didn’t allow last year’s athletes to return citing financials.

Flip to Marquette to see them for a bit, and can't seem to go back to UW. I know it's Pine Bluff but 66-24 as I'm writing this. Garcia is the real deal, and man they just have waives of athletes shuttling on the court.

They beat EIU by 25 compared to WI 10. I know not a true comparison but they handled their business against a team the Badgers relaxed on in the second half.

I just realized this year didn't count for eligibility today and I thin they can stay on without violating scholarship #'s. Even bigger is it applies to all players so the freshmen can actually play 5 years? Seems like a lot of deep benches for the next few seasons if I am understanding it correctly. I think Reuvers and Potter maybe move on to play pro somewhere as they are athletic bigs but not sure that Davison wouldn't come back if allowed. Trice and Ford are in their 6th year out of high school now so if they can make money in Europe or somewhere it's probably time.

Even 2 staying to play with Wahl, Carlson, and Davis gives you an experienced starting 5. Otherwise next year is a really young team.

I bet your heart skipped a beat when Gilmore took that 3 near the end.

Jonathan Davis looks like he could be really good.

I think Reuvers' quote was something like: I already have two degrees. Am I supposed to get a third?

"Go ahead. Try to disagree with me. I dare you." Jeffrey Leonard.

Anyone know why the UWGB game is being played at 4pm today? Is this a concession for BTN air time, or is there some other rationale I'm not seeing?

Wahl looks really good today. He is much more athletic than I thought. same for Carlson - he's got some bounce.

So a friend of mine to tell me that his nephew has a new partner at his moving company job: Kobe King.

Evidently he left Nebraska BB and is waiting to play in Canada in the spring.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

These refs are something else. Let them play.

I don't know how Reuvers doesn't have 10 travel calls. Every time he touches the ball in the paint and stops his dribble, he dances with his feet a lot.

they called Reuvers on the screen there, but it may have been more a makeup after they didn't call the previous forearm

Man these refs suck.

Yeah. It's both ways.
