Set the table for what? They had the table set several times today and did nothing with it.

In that case keep him in minors the rest of the season. Yelich will do.

This isn’t the fault of our hitters everyone.  They’re super good, they swear

Jace Peterson should hit for Urias at this point.

+1... If he has options Urias should be sent down.

Turang should hit for him.  The Urias/ adames show was cute when they didn’t suck at defense and at the plate.

Leiter and Hughes were part of the relievers that brought the Brewers back in the 3rd game of the last series in Chicago.  Hughes did his part, now Leiter can do his.

People talk like guys who have never played in the majors, and in some cases haven’t been in AAA that long, are going to come up and immediately replicate their minor league numbers.

I’m not saying not to bring someone up, but expectations for them should be tempered.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Sure but you have potential there. Currently your season is sliding down the drain with a combined ops in center of 273. He can't be worse.

Not an all-star but very steady.

I still think if he learns to swing at pitches almost exclusively in the strike zone he can hit .260-.270.  Just has too much reach sometimes

Brutal ab there that should get Caratini sent out of town. You have to hold guys accountable at some point. Little league worlds series kids could have hit a ground ball to the right side.

Counsell took the bat out of his hands. That one isn't on Victor.
