Willie's shabby D strikes again.

That was an awful error call. Was a super tough play to his backhand that the 1B should have picked.

Shoddy defense costs 2 runs.

Adames with the low throw, Voit failing to make the pick, and Wiemer’s poor throw all contributed.

I really don't think that inning by Lauer was as bad as it looks. One solid base hit and a long foul ball are really the only negatives. The error and high pitch count really hurts though.

Lauer doesn't seem to have it today.

Similar to his first few innings last week

Hopefully he will once again snap out of it & give us six “quality start” innings

But … he’s not looking good so far

43 pitches and still in the second. He won't make it through five.

Lauer is doing his best to turn this into an old fashioned 3 1/2 hour game.

Can Bryse Wilson pitch again today as a long reliever after pitching the 9th inning last night?

Who is next in line to go multiple innings?

He probably could go 2 innings, but doubt you could get much more out of him.

I confess I did not see it.

Great backhanded glove work by Adames- deep in the hole toward 3rd base - poor throw to Voit at first base

Tellez probably would’ve snagged it for the out - but the throw was not good

The Yelich hitting three against lefties is not getting enough attention. It is one of those decisions that should be asked about every day until an answer that makes sense is given.

On the other hand, the Brewers offense is trying to get the game back on pace.

It must be that Counsell thinks Yelich is going to start hitting someday, and more ABs are the way to get him there. It has to happen sometime, right? I don't know the issue. Is he just not seeing ball as well as he used to? Are his mechanics off?
