I was responding to the .250 batting average … in my opinion, that is mediocre - especially for someone battling first or third every day

This is valid point. Those who refer he's on or just above league average so he is doing something right. But as you stated, that's not achieving what the average I'm sure for batters 1, 2, and 3rd in lineup are.

Added the "leads team in walks". He's having the most bites of the apple on the team to get a walk.

I'm not going to pile on with a comment on Voit's defense.

Don't worry, I did it for you lol.

Voigt glove is rough too.

He was closer to fielding the ball than he was hitting it last AB although neither were close.

I was going to until the throwing error. Still, he's also a downgrade defensively from Rowdy.

It is not your job to make suggestions to me regarding how I feel about a player & tell me to get perspective … that’s rude no matter how kind the delivery … it’s not your place - period

It's absolutely not my job to tell you how to feel about a player.

It's absolutely my job to talk to you about how you voice those opinions on my website, especially when it comes to the detriment of other users.

Brewers keep trying to find a righty who can hit lefties. Why not just let the lefties get a crack?

Especially when those lefties are your top prospects.

A .250 hitter with no power and below average defense in left field is in no way serviceable.

A 2.7 WAR and .355 OBP is quite serviceable, actually....Nowhere near what we paid for, but it's serviceable.

5 shutout innings for the bullpen. That's our Brewers of the game today. Hope they aren't needed tomorrow and get rest for the road trip.

Lauer is going to need to get things figured out before the next start. That was not good.

62.5% of Brewers games so far this season have been shutouts.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Guys, I’ve found the missing formula. In games the Brewers have won, they’ve score at least 1 run. In games they’ve lost, they haven’t scored anything.

Meaning: If you don’t score, you don’t win. Applies to just about anything in life

My comments have nothing to do with our record after tonight

Yelich is no longer a good player … we can have a different opinion

I will ask kindly - please stop suggesting that I take a deep breath

If you are bothered by my posts - stop reading them or go watch the Twins

I don’t need a dad

You are being very rude to Brock. Zero need for this. We get you don't like Yelich, but please tone it down.

I wonder if trading Burnes to someone who would be willing to take Yelich would make sense. It would hurt the return of course but it would be worth it. You have his replacement ready to go in Frelick so you might end up with a better situation for everyone.

Burnes wouldn't even cover Yelich's contract. It would be a disaster for the franchise to package them together. We're stuck with Yelich, whether we like it or not.
