I never said any were DE...it's definitely a need position.

I think LVN is a fine pick. It’s a need. If the team likes him that much - sounds good.

Yeah just a knock that they ignored drafting a DE with those 1st rd picks then watch that DC have no idea how to get pressure on the QB.

Story may have been different had they added a DE.

Liking the LVN pick the more I try finding writeups on him. A number of rankings had him top 12. With the similar term rising pass rusher skills. Huge boom type!

All three teams largely expected to be in the market for JSN have now passed (GB/NE/PIT). How far does he fall?

21/22 at worst, probably. Maybe someone will trade back in for him.

I don’t hate the pick, but we keep loading up on defense in an offensive league… 

 

I also am glad we didn’t draft JSN.  Something didn’t sit right with him skipping the playoff game.  If you sit out the Cheetos bowl, so be it.  But you chose not to play in a playoff game… just gave off a bad vibe.
