I have defended Wilson here before but it is getting hard to do. Really rough start to the season. I am hoping that his 1.69 xFIP starts showing soon.

Is anyone else confused that Ortiz, who is supposed to be a defensive wizard at short, can’t make good throws from third? I mean this is getting ridiculous how often he is spiking it.

Maybe his arm is sore and he doesn't want to let on and become forgotten man. Monteserio seems to have become that guy.

What am I missing? Wasn’t able to watch last night. Wilson pitched three innings, gave up an EDLC homer. What’s wrong with him?
