I miss the days of the pitchers hitting for the crew. We usually had one of the more productive hitting staffs and it was one less high stress AB for the starting pitcher.

Adding The DH has hurt the crew more than most.

If Chourio is going to watch Jake Bauers play send him down. Brewers could not be worse at handling young position players. Dunn may be good bench bat but this season has to be about getting a young core experience. You are not winning the world series with Jumping Joe Ross as your number 3. 🙄

Two days ago I almost threw out my back rolling over in bed.

Day games are usually more difficult for me to watch, but I'm on vacation - at the beach - this week.

I get to watch a couple of Biloxi Shuckers games early next week! I hope Wilken is activated, but it is unlikely.

I'm anxious (excited) to see Boeve play too.

Ortiz should be starting and Bauers shouldn't.

Chourio needs to play, if not with the Brewers, than he needs to be getting at bats in Nashville.

Bauers has no future with this team, every at bat he takes from guys who do is a shame.

Boeve is a treat!  He just oozes baseball player...

I'm hoping he continues his mashing and is in Nashville after the all star break.  Is it possible he leapfrogs Wilken and gets to the bigs first?  Might depend on Wilken's injury time frame and the mental side of his game after being hit in the face.

I woke up last week with major jaw pain. Must have clenched or grinded my teeth crazy hard in my sleep. I've had TMJ before, but this is bad. Still painful, can't open my mouth fully in order to eat properly. I'm hoping it heals, but I'll have to see a doctor/dentist soon if it doesn't.

Aging is fun. Beats the alternative, though.

Bauers defense has been exceptional ... & he has a couple of timely HRs ... but I prefer the young guys - specifically Tyler Black
