Brewers bullpen is disgusting and will be even better once Williams is back.

Peguero/Hudson/Trevor/Williams and then add in Milner and Uribe in the Middle innings?

I have never understood how anyone can say they have more than one favorite team in any given sport.

I am a Brewers fan, and dislike all other teams, no matter what.  Some I dislike more than others, but to me, they are all the enemy.

I won't go into who my NFL team is, and has always been (give you a hint, they came into existence in 1976  lol, and I've been a HUGE fan since)

Tampa Bay Bucs….yikes

Uribe may not fit when September comes

He’s missing composure & control

Misiorowski can throw just as hard but appears to be more mature

I’m okay if we trade Uribe for a starter - maybe in a package during the offseason

The radio guys were saying that's the first time we've ever beaten Verlander.

I think they said on TV they scored more runs off him today than they had vs him the rest of his career.    Pretty sure one his no hitters was MKE.

Another surprising thing is they said he's never pitched in Milwaukee.  Of course he's almost always been in the AL but in 20 years still kind of surprising (although probably not all that much if you do the math on it)

More likely they trade Williams as he’ll be a FA in ‘26.

Hopefully the Seahawks … & not the Buccaneers

Someone explain to me again like I'm 5 why the Braves and A's agreed to trade us William Contreras and some other pieces for Esteury Ruiz.

A friend of mine (who went to my church when I was a teenager) punted one year for Green Bay in 1975 & got cut after the season. He signed with Tampa Bay for their inaugural season in 1976. I can’t remember if he ever played for them … because I’m a Packers fan. His name is Randy Walker. He was left footed. He played collegiately for Northwestern State in Natchitoches LA (not the Big 10 school). He taught me how to both punt & placekick when I was in high school.

Mis walked 5 guys in 31/3 tonight…….threw more balls than strikes……I think he’s mature but his command is going to have to make a leap before he can help us this year.

According to BBR, Verlander was 2-0 against the Brewers giving up 5 total runs in 4 games. Another interesting stat was that he had given up 5 HR to the Brewers so today also marked the first time the Brewers were able to score a run without a HR off Verlander.

Verlander is still 16-0 in 21 games combined against the Cubs, Marlins, Phillies, Giants, and Nationals. Pretty amazing.

Most people are fans of teams close to where they live.  It makes sense, for a number of years it would have been much easier to follow the local team since you couldn't really get out of market games on tv or radio and it's much easier to attend a game when your team plays close by.  Sometimes people move though and now a whole new set of teams are your local teams.
