What is going on here? They're talking about pad level for the RBs...how about EYE level!

Caleb Jones moved his man about 5 yards back...little jump cut behind the LT/LG and...he's getting a 1st down.

Our backup RBs been watching too much AJ Dillon...

Packers RB's on 4th and short have to have the most dance happy feet in the NFL. Doesn't matter if your AJ Dillon or McCrary. They are just dancing in place. GO DOWNHILL for crying out loud what are you waiting for?

I haven't seen a single running back wearing green and gold in this game worth keeping.

Hard to disagree with this. Even with the injuries, extremely easy to see Jacobs, Dillon, Lloyd and stashing Wilson on the PS again.

Dude. You need a yard. Put your head in the hole and go.

This is why Jones was so damn good in short yardage. Good, quick decision-making and...he would hit the hole and go.

Wilson looks pretty good. Hope Lloyd and Jacobs can convert in short yardage.

Wilson makes good reads and is a big boy. Not a great game, but he's making the right reads and not easy to bring down.

BUT, aside from him...I'm not even seeing a guy worth at PS spot.

Probably...I'm still hoping Wilson can make it, but IF someone goes down and one of these guys has to play(other than Wilson) I think we're in trouble....or more likely looking at other teams Practice Squads.

Probably the easiest position to pilfer somebody respectable in a time of need is running back.

Stanley is not a very good kick return.

No he is not. Very timid. Stanley is not an NFL player at present, tho. Clearly being thrown to the wolves tonight. He is, however, quite adept at cutting right into the tackler. He can definitely do that.

Unless he's showing something in practice He's going to get cut and not added to the practice squad.

The Packers have to be the worst 3rd or 4th and short team in the NFL this pre-season. Can't tell me otherwise. Just unreal inefficiency.

He looks afraid of contact.

I heard he looked good at practice at WR...but at LEAST he needs some time to put on some good weight.

Dubose just made a great play on STs. That could really help him.

This hasn't been a strength of the Packers in a while. Their defense was surprisingly good last year, but converting on offense...outside of Aaron Jones, they were not good.

If you had read the Packers beat reporters reporting on the joint practices this past week you'd have assumed the Packers were destined for a 27-2 shellacking. It turns out, well...

Ok...so...list of players who've looked good this game.

Cox Jr
Ford
Hopper
Caleb Jones
Kalen King has looked like a physical dude. I think he's more of a safety/corner hybrid.
uh...Dubose had a couple nice plays.

Heath won on a few routes just not great placement.
Welch looked...pretty good(for a guy who'll probably be on the PS).

Morton had a good player.

Really slim pickings this game.

I've never seen a more disinterested Packers team in the Pre-season. There was a game vs Carolina a few years ago, maybe 2018 or so that was bad.

And...as I was writing that, we dropped the punt. They quite literally, dropped the ball!

Oh well, IT'S PRE-SEASON! It doesn't count!

But my god was this ugly.

I made the mistake of turning this game on. Pre-season football just is terrible.

Best part of this game is the end.

This is true. Love himself said they didn't look good.

Whatever...give me the starters and I'm liking our chances.

Believe it or not, this was...particularly bad. This was bad for Preseason Football.

It was a lot of work to try and come up with some players who looked good in any phase of the game.

This is hard to watch … most of these players will never sniff an NFL roster

Much of the NFL preseason seems without purpose

I liked the layers cuts rather than keep the 90-man roster until the final cutdown
