With the great crow Armstrong rolling into a double play

I heard someone in Chicago refer to him as "Pete Crow-Groundout".

What a great day!   I can relax and watch some kinda stress free baseball. I don’t see them catching the Phillies or Dodgers so I hope some guys get some rest and get everything in order for the playoffs

With many different candidates jockeying for the available playoff starts it'll be interesting to see how Peralta performs vs some of these strong lineups. A lot of 'typical Freddy' last time out but showed some moxie in getting through five in the desert.

It'll probably continue to be two steps forward, step-and-a-half back, but I really liked the look of Garrett Mitchells' ABs yesterday--even the ones that didn't result in base hits. The production he's provided is intriguing considering the inconsistencies & injury disruptions. It'll be fun to see exactly what his ceiling is.

He's been pitching better lately. I expect a good outing.

Brewers hitters look more interested in getting to the post game champagne than battling Nola tonight.

Is Kato Kaelin truly a Brewers fan? The tweets I've seen of his have been rather vulgar and full of ridicule.

Just curious.

He's from Milwaukee so I'd assume so.

I’m not sure why anyone would care what Kato Kaylin says or thinks or who he roots for.

True. Although I fear this game may have been the same had the Cubs won today.

Is odd as it sounds if we get by the wild card games I would actually rather face the dodgers and hope somebody knocks out the Phillies. I think they're starting pitching is better than the dodgers and it's going to be really hard for us to score many runs against this rotation.

The Phillies pitching has proven too much for the Brewers hitters in almost every game this season.

Ps I went to high school with Kato……he’s a good guy…..just goes off the handle like many sports fans……and yes he’s a fan.

I agree.

If Bauers' BA dips below .190 will he stop being a DH candidate?

The greatest philosophers of our time have been trying to answer this question

I notice you only post negative things……..Brewers have been outperforming expectations for the whole season and crickets from you…….
