Jacobs telling MLF we're not going to just run out the clock.

And MLF saying "I'll show you!"

Watson drop sucked but I don't know why we deemed 3 consecutive chucks to be the only play. Could have stayed creative and gotten a FG in before half. Just bad management from MLF.

Agreed 100%. After the Watson drop go get a new set of downs and go from there. 3 is more than 0

All too often Watson looks like an O Linemen trying to catch the ball.  It’s like he forgets where his hands go every once in awhile

Dumb fancy analytics.

Just because Love threw deep every time doesn’t mean the play was designed for that every time. He threw into coverage after the drop, and I have to think there were other possibilities.

I just don't get that. We played that drive like we didn't have 2 timeouts.

The clock management sucked, per usual with MLF. There was no reason not to call timeout after the 1st and goal run by the 49ers, they unnecessarily burned 40 seconds there, then they got to midfield and played hero ball.

They need to reevaluate their 2 minute offense. It sucks.

It's 17-7 and the 49ers had absolutely no pulse until that last drive. If I just skimmed this thread I would think it's 7-7.

It was tough finish of the half to stomach but we should be ok. Just stop screwing up.

I’m not saying they’ll get back into this, but 7-17 with momentum is a lot different than just a 17-7 game.

Can McManus not kick it out of the endzone? Because if these are designed short kicks, it’s a dog crap strategy because we have dog crap strategy.

I've seen this elsewhere this year and I've wondered myself if there's data that shows kickoffs are more likely to have fumbles or something + a low risk of someone taking it out far enough to matter. I don't know. Just a thought I've had - that some teams think it's worth it to not do that.

Need to look for either a Te or RB. He’s been watching Rodgers to often. No lead a safe with this Packer defense.
