OMG, every complaint I have read is a 50/50 shot. When you have zero runs *** try it.

Pulling Rhys for a PR in the 6th inning knowing he'll come up again for a far inferior bat is not a "50/50 shot".

It amazes me that the Brewers are shut out for the second time in three days and people are complaining about how the pitchers have been handled  .

This is like watching a soccer team that plays the whole game hoping or a 0-0 tie so they can win on penalty kicks.

Honestly.    If I get banned for awhile I will take it

the brewers can go **** off somewhere.   Play players who can hit.  If we get shutout one more time I’m firing the whole staff including the GM except for the pitching coaches.    Play a damn mlb hitter

go get Scott Hattieberg off his ******* couch.

What was the xBA on that blooper that Turang hit to end the game? If there hadn’t been a SS there it would have been a hit.

Considering Collins has basically been corner OF Blake Perkins with a better bat, I’ve started to wonder if they might just option Perkins to AAA and let him get a lot of reps there after a long absence. Assuming Mitchell is healthy because then Perkins CF defense isn’t as necessary.

Either/or, yeah (assuming Mitchell has options as well).

Did I hear that right! They are streaming just a little bit outside on Roku!? Been wanting to watch that! couldn’t find it anywhere!

Yes, it’s available on the Roku channel. Thought I heard through June, but not certain.

I'm far from a big Murphy critic but I'll play today. The Monasterio for Hoskins PR move wasn't totally w/o merit but can be questioned. And please, if anyone hears the presser I'd love to know what led to Peralta not staying in for the Machado AB, and THEN getting lifted.

Although Ortiz came up with a hit in the 9th, I'm a little surprised Haase wasn't sent up for him & told to be a modern-day Russell Branyan.

This was a frustrating weekend. But if they continue to pitch at a level that holds a team like SD to six runs in three games I'll take my chances, with or without this offense. Obviously we needed much more the last few days from the people they need to count on regardless of anything else----Yelich, Chourio & Contreras.

this team needs more guys like Patrick firing up the crowd while walking to the dugout Friday night.

just my opinion, but I feel like I witness them tighten up as a team in real time.  probably knowing they lack a bit of talent

Should have been a sweep

Excellent pitching

Terrible offense

Questionable managing decisions

10 base runners should have score a run

Your last sentence says it all. Hard to compete when 3 of your 4 big guns are all having down years., and the fourth has traded power for batting average.

I don't see how you let Ortiz hit there. You have 7 outs left.

The more dicey reason is you already spent Monasterio. The reason it's dicey is Haase could play 1B & then you move Monasterio to SS. The better reason is you might have Ortiz' spot come up again, which it did. But Ortiz wasn't lifted THAT time either, so the bottom line is he liked Ortiz hitting more than Haase or Cameron.
