Well he may not get too many whiffs on that fastball, but a.) no one is contacting it well, and b.) it sure sets his other stuff up. 

If he throws enough strikes, every 5th (or so) outing could be fun.

Absurd steal, for sure. The Twins did a lot of work with him, though. He’s throwing 3-4 mph harder than he was with the Rays, also added a sweeper.
