Gotcha, I didn’t see that. The pitch count seems low but he’s still early on coming back from a major injury, so I’m sure if he’s hit his limit he knows it.

They just aren’t going to push Woody……..I get it…..and as he said in his first outing he just was spent after about 70 pitches.

He was throwing 91 mph in the 1st and 96 in the 6th.  I guess he was emptying the tank?

To be fair, for awhile last year Ashby could barely touch 94.  So back to 98 from him is also pretty great to see!
