At some point, it probably is OK exposing him to waivers. We seem to find a dozen Easton McGees per year.

I don't know. I think the Brewers really like him. They signed him coming off TJ in 2024 when they knew he wouldn't pitch for basically the entire 2024 season and this year they DFA'd both Peguero and Hudson over him. I think unless it's completely necessary due to injuries that they won't expose him to waivers.

CONFESSION: The Blue Jays are my second favorite team. For reasons not worth explaining, I was a Montreal Expos fan from the 1970's until they went to DC. Toronto gradually became a form of replacement because, well, I like Canada, for more reasons not worth explaining.  I'd love for this series to be a preview of the World Series.  But rest assured that I would be cheering for the Brewers all the way, just like I will be tonight.  <end of confession>

They were my 2nd team when molitor went there and went bonkers 🤣

If the Brewers don't win the division I should be banned. However, they will.

I have a bad feeling about this series…….hope I’m wrong obviously.

Same.  I just get the feeling the Blue Jays are going to score a ton of runs.

2014 somehow still goes under the radar...that was so depressing. Weren't we up leading the Division through August and choked? I think we only won a couple games all month in Sept.

I'd rather them lose now and get hot for the playoffs, then keep playing well now and get cold for the playoffs.

2014 was awful. Still remember that season like it was yesterday.  Went into an absolute funk offensively in September.

It’s been challenging to cheer for Toronto since Dec 7, 1992 … for reasons that True Blue Brew Crew fans will understand

The Blue Jays just feel innocuous and I too have a soft spot for them. I don't really believe in second-favorite teams, just non-Brewer teams that don't agitate me.

Expos were one as well. Other candidates are the Guardians, oddly the White Sox because they hate the Cubs, Orioles, Mariners, probably a couple others.

Well now I'm worried.  Thats about as feeble a half inning as I've seen in a while.

Got it out of the way early tonight so we can score later in the game

Say what you will about Freddy but dude takes the rock turn after turn. That's worth something.

Gosh, I hope tonight is an aberration … we need him to go 7 quality innings rather than hIs usual 5 before he gets to 100 pitches
