What are the injured list rules for the playoffs? If we sit chourio is he under the same guidelines as the regular season in terms of days or can he be available to us toward the nlcs?

The optimist in me is hoping he comes out there because the Brewers are already up 8 and there's zero need to risk anything the rest of today if he felt any sort of twinge going down the line.

The Brewers fan in my just shakes my head with a "we can't have nice things vibe"

Can’t watch, did it look bad or is there any chance it’s more of a “precautionary with a big lead” type thing?

Eh, maybe.  He wasn't really walking badly, but he banged his helmet a couple of times, making me think it may be serious.

He didn’t reach for anything but when he came off the field they had a dugout shot of him and he was pissed

He didn’t grab for it, but looked frustrated.

Some of the Brewers podcasters were talking about that topic earlier this week. Apparently a replacement on the roster in the Division Series makes that player ineligible for the League Championship Series, but could return for the World Series.

Didn’t look terrible but he took his helmet off in frustration and body language just look like he deflated.  Could tell he knew he was coming out.  He wasn’t limping badly or anything but his body language wasn’t good.

That is what I am thinking he didn’t grab at his leg at all, so my hope is more precautionary than anything.

as for replacing him on NLDS roster I think you can and then NLCS is completely separate so wouldn’t have to deal with same regular season IL rules.

Hoping the removal of Chourio was being cautious with a 9-1 lead

Concerned it is his hamstring once again

My hunch is that they're just being careful with him.

Questions are a burden.   And answers a prison for one's self.

He never reached or grabbed at the Hammy... so I don't think that was it.

Looked like he stepped funny on first. So maybe a tweaked ankle?

He walked off totally normal though, so... I think it might be just that. You have Collins, 9-1 game, make sure he's alright. With the off-days? I'm hoping that's all it is.
