Idk how you let yourself dodge that pitch with the bases loaded in the 9th in October. He will be replaying that one for the next couple days.

He’s been utter garbage for most of September and the entire playoffs and he probably just cost us a win in the NLCS.

I can't believe Turang did that. I really can't. They wanted you on base. Selfish ab honestly. Wanted to be the man vs keeping the line moving. Bill had the right approach

I'm sure Turang is thinking exactly what everyone else is... but it is preservation first when the ball is coming at you... hard to undo instincts...

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

We were so fortunate just to lose 2-1 tonight. This was a game we had to have to take this series.

We have to win 4 games, it doesn't really matter which ones they are. I wouldn't draw too broad of conclusions from one we happened to lose. It's baseball.

Hit a home run in in a game 5 elimination game 48 hours ago.  That was bad, but he hasn't been bad for the "entire" playoffs.  Just bad for most of it.

Of course that tack on run does it. Brice you cant swing at that crap. That was a good foot out of the zone.

Thats a natural reaction to the pitch before, realizing he just gave up a HBP to tie the game up and he's gonna make up for it with a hit.  Not being patient.  Could say the same thing with losing patience "in the moment" by getting out of the way on that pitch inside, too.

Brice.    You can’t be much worse than those last two pitches.    Just get hit.

One for his last 21.

Outside of the big home run he's been just awful at the plate

Then at least don’t follow it up by swinging at a pitch 12 inches high.

Wut? No not right there. You are sticking an elbow out trying to tie it

Yeah.  I said it to but I was laughing when I said it.  Only guy I've watched play whose instinct were to always get hit was Fernando Vina. He was an artist of the HBP>

Lot better at bats for both team I reckon tomorrow. Brewers 8 Dodgers 6

We won't be scoring eight.

Will be lucky to score 8 in the series.

Ok.  So for the entire playoffs minus one AB.

Tried doing too much on that after realizing he screwed up on the previous pitch

Ok. He hit one insurance HR that proved meaningless.

He’s got a .452 OPS in the playoffs WITH that home run.
