Yeah I don’t get it. Especially going 2 the other night.

In the post season you have to try to win all close games.Β  Pitching back-to-back nights isn't bad for your best players.Β

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Should not have pitched uribe. Β  Β He pitched two innings just two days ago and now they get to him and it’s in his head in future appearancesΒ

There was a lot of talk like that against the Cubs too.Β Β

From who? That always seemed like a coin toss series.Β

Good thing Muncy is built like a bowling ball, or he'd be standing on 3B right now.

Maybe this is just an otherworldly performance by Snell, but the lack of offense was always going to be the problem come playoffs when you’re constantly facing good pitchingΒ

I really don’t want to go uribe here

Worst possible scenario is him having to throw a bunch tonight

Looking at being shut out for the second time in three games.

Yeah there wasn't much on that one and it took forever to get to Chourio once it cleared the infield

I get walking Ohtani but having to have Uribe throw strikes when he hasn't been able to throw strikes his last two outings was just screaming for disaster.

Who would you go besides Uribe? Gasser or Anderson is itΒ

I'd have been fine with Anderson here.Β  I would have saved Uribe.

Uribe was dumb, sorry. This game was very low win probability and you have plenty of high leverage arms to get 3 outs in a game you're losing. He just threw 2 innings on Saturday night and now you (hope) you have to throw him tomorrow.Β

Which is exactly what is happening...

Going to Uribe looks like a very, very bad call by Murphy. You took a loss and made it into a worse problem β€” potentially not having Uribe with a tight lead tomorrow.
