NOTE: Our poster @MudcatsfaninBrunsCO had established a "Warbirds Season Thread" here, written from a local fan perspective. It also included updates on the stadium status. We appreciate that effort, though that thread will be locked at this point and anything specific to the Warbirds outside of actual game action can and will be included here.

Mudcats' Opening Night is Friday 4/3 - at Fayetteville (Astros).

The eventual Wilson formal roster announcement will come directly from the Warbirds, not the Brewers, once the Brewers have given the Warbirds the official go-ahead to do so.

Feel free to link to any formal Warbirds notices you see.

Sometimes, but not as often as we used to, we learn via player social media, who has been assigned where, prior to the formal affiliate announcements. We'll link to any of those posts in this thread as they come out.

As you might know, we use the "Your 2026" team threads to post and link to feature stories, including audio and video, that are outside the scope of game activity covered in the Daily Minor League Link Report.

These threads have become among the most popular for viewing here.

Please do not speculate on any player releases. Brewers Player Development or MiLB.com will update us formally.

translation: In Class A, right-handed pitchers Joshua Quezada and Enniel Cortez will start with the Wilson Warbirds, affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Quezada finished at that level in 2025 with a 2.45 ERA in 11.0 innings, while Cortez has already recovered from Tommy John surgery.

Appreciate these! I was going to drive down from Raleigh yesterday but it qas cold and a haul. I'm heading down for Opening Night though. What time of day was this at?

With the talent that has been in Carolina the past few years, the inaugural season for the warbirds have some nice pieces, but as far as high level prospect it’s really Ebel.

Undrafted free agent Nick Monile is straight out of Brewers central casting looking at his BRef page.

Lefty hitting 5'8" and 175 lbs outfielder.

In two years of collegiate play at Niagara and North Florida he registered 467 PA of 340/468/454 with 84 BB to 42 K and 21 SB/7 CS.

In two years of summer wood bat play he came in at 212 PA of 285/502/326 with 61 BB to 18 K and 20 SB/5 CS.
