AA Biloxi are 1.5 games behind first place Montgomery and play at Braves’ affiliate Columbus this week, with RHP Tanner Gillis (3.95 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 6.9 K/9 in 27.1 IP) making his 3rd start (10th appearance) tonight. 2B Dylan O’Rae is 2nd in the Southern League in hits, walks and stolen bases.

Low-A Wilson have won 8 of 10 games and now play at Cubs’ affiliate Myrtle Beach this week, with RHP Tyler Renz (4.15 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, 9.1 K/9 in 34.2 IP) making his 7th start (10th appearance) tonight. SS Brady Ebel’s hitting streak has reached 9 games.

AAA Nashville have won 11 of 13 games and host Braves’ affiliate Gwinnett this week. Starting RHP Garrett Stallings (3.34 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, 7.5 K/9 in 35 IP) threw 35 pitches 4 days ago. SS Cooper Pratt has a 15-game on-base streak.

The High-A Timber Rattlers sit 2 games behind first place South Bend and play 7 home contests against Cardinals’ affiliate Peoria this week. LHP Wande Torres was terrific last time out: 6 IP, 0 R, 6 Ks. 3B Andrew Fischer has a 13-game on-base streak and has homered in 4 of his last 6 games.

Brady Ebel stays hot with a pair of doubles, Juan Ortuno doubled up on both singles and walks, while Pedro Ibarguen went deep for the third time this year. Rylan Mills also doubled (and struck out three times).

Tyler Renz bounced back from two HR and four ER his last time out to put up five scoreless frames (4 H | 2 BB | 6 K).

Do the Brewers home games in the ACL routinely have stat cast?

Joey Broughton is pitching and nice stat line, but nothing over 89 mph. I think most of his fastballs are tracked as changeups, unless I am completely ignorant (which is statistically possible)

Yep that checks out with what he’s been doing. Renz and Bentley are also usually below 90.

My goodness a Ben Gamel sighting for Gwinnett.

Ebel's average is flirting with .250 and his OPS has .800 in sight after that dreadful start... which is something.
