We're not even mentioning Teddy's 32 game scoreless inning streak in '87.

I did think about that the other day when Miz gave up a run. Harrison is up to 18 innings now?

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Anyone been to a Durham bulls game?

Have to travel there on business next week but I'm not sure we're going to have time to go to one.

I’ve been but it was at least 12-14 years ago

As he should.  Biggest obstacle to his success is between his ears.  Ironically, it's also what helps make him, as is true for a lot of us.  He's better at harnessing it than he once was, but there's still some growth to undergo.

That’s why I would prefer Megill to take back the closer position for this year at least

That's not gonna help his maturation.

Uribe is out of control. Murphy needs to sit him down and have a serious conversation.

Somebody's going to wear one now because of that. I seriously might pinch it for Yelich right here

Abner was a sliver of the baseball from looking like a giant idiot.  Instead, he passed as only a moderate idiot.

Till the arm injury or shoulder. I forget which it was

People who didn't see him missed out. He was a stud. 93-94 with crazy curve. A screwball type pitch that went backwards. He just showed up from Mexico and was a stud from day one.

He actually might be the best starter in brewer history.

I agree he needs to be talked to, but I guess I see it as part of who he is.  You can't and probably shouldn't try to yell at him and expect him to be someone he's not.  He does need to understand that at some point that kind of demonstrative stuff and his inability to control his emotions hurts the team.  He was stepping over that line today, but I sure don't want Murphy talking to him like he's LaRussa in his hypocritical prime.

Honestly it's him or I guess you could say Burnes. The AL in the 80s was loaded with bats and he had no trouble at all for 5 years.

I'm to the point that I just can't stand watching Uribe pitch, and then he goes and does that stupid little dance thing?

What a douche move.

I hope Murphy gives it to him good.  Uribe has been doing this long enough to know better, what an embarrassment.

Right after the Fernando Valenzuela craze.
