Was this game originally scheduled at one or am I losing my mind a little

Today's game is 3:10 - Sunday is 1:10     I think because of the new yearly Canadian wild fire season some were thinking they should move this up to get the game played.

Not sure why this one isn't being played at the standard 6:10pm time.

Was scheduled for 3:10,  but we were speculating at one point that the time might get moved up to 1:10pm due to air quality.

thankfully, the air quality projection seems to have improved

But the smoke might start rolling in again around 4:00 or 5:00 today, during the game. I don't know what they'll do about tomorrow.

Yeah, looks like not starting at 1pm will be a mistake.  I saw the forecast just took a turn for the worst.  Tomorrow looks lousy also.

i have tickets for Monday, but now not sure what this smoke will do.  Really sucks how much this can disrupt plans

This game was always scheduled for 3:10.

They have had a few Saturday 3:10 games every year for the last few years because of the Fox TV windows.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Same lineup and batting order as last night except Lara 7th and Pratt 8th.

If Turang has to sit, hopefully Lara moves up to the top 3rd in the order.

@sveumrulesmentioned sequencing awhile back. It's a fancier way of illustrating the RISP & runners on 3rd w/less than two out struggles they've had recently. That stuff goes in cycles---they're still ranked relatively high in that stat on the year---but if/when that worm turns it'll make quite a difference. Because even with those struggles, in their last ten games their hits per game is above the MLB average as is their W/game. Even the runs/game in their last ten is at the league average, OBP is slightly higher.

Of course they've only scored 2 runs in the last five days, so there's that.

No reason to even touch that bunt when you knew you had no chance.

Yes it probably was going to stay fair but just let it roll to a stop.
