Our trade deadline might go down as a complete disaster because we're trending towards a wildcard right now.

They are one game better than us in the last 10, at that pace they *might* pass us the last week of the season.

Milwaukee is such garbage now.   If the starting pitching is bad we have zero chance.    That’s all we got

and the offense is a freaking joke.    How do you score once last inning.

hit the ******* ball.  God

Is it just MLB.TV or everyone getting constant black screens?  Considering the call has also been horrible the Twins broadcast may be the way to go.

Yes it's bad for me. Glad it's not just me. Figured my new TV was going.

Frias and Ragsdale for May and JoJo is going to look like a colossal mistake in a few years considering how much this team is a pretender. The Brewers are simply the Paul Chryst Badgers. Look good on the surface but can't beat the teams necessary to actually win anything meaningful.

Brother take a breath. It is hard to win baseball games. The Brewers have won many. I have serious questions about Frias now was it good value? Probably not considering they are rentals, but his ground ball rate is exponentially high and it is easy to see why with that ugly steep swing. I think the national guys are much higher than anyone in the Brewers org. An org where they tend to know who to deal and when.

BA is pissing me off….”this is a team that’s hot right now”. They lost 4 straight prior to last night…a game they should have lost.  Just shut up.

This feels too familiar. Last year, the Brewers peaked at 77-44 (33 games over .500). Then, they faded terribly down the stretch & limped into the playoffs. Fortunately, they edged the Cubs before falling asleep & getting trounced by the Dodgers. Making the playoffs is not a concern, but I’m not so sure they will get by the Cubs this year.

But that's not how it works. Nothing is linear. We've had one of the easiest schedules since the All Star break and the Cubs have still managed to gain on us. There's no doubt the Cubs are playing better ball than us right now.

You think you can hurt me? I watch Wisconsin sports. You can't hurt me.

Speaking like the part timer he is. It’s time to move on from him, he’s so very out of touch with the big league team

It’s time to shorten this rotation, enough of the fringe starters pitching meaningful innings for the best team in baseball, its utter bs

Especially when we can’t pull guys because we don’t have relievers available.    It’s ****** stupid

Is that the best catch of Chourio’s career thus far? Might have some recency bias blinding me.

probably. That catch was amazing.

Nah. He was 18 in A ball. His GB rate wasn't anywhere near that in DSL or CPX. His exit velos at his age are exceptional. The kid will hit, especially now that he's a Redbird.

And I won't "take a breath" because this team is the same thing they've been the last few years. You can't keep doing the same thing over and over and hope for different results. This team isn't winning anything in October so making that type of trade was insanely misguided and Arnold had to do it because he ran his stupid mouth prior to the TDL so he backed himself into a corner. Reeks of desperation.

We don't have the style of offense that'll win in October. Not yet. Our GB rate as a team is 47.5% (worst in the league) and we're supposedly jettisoning a prospect because of a small sample size GB rate? Yeah, I don't believe that for a second.

Again they have won 1 more game than us in the last ten, it's not markedly better. 40 games ago you would have been right to say the the Red Sox were trending for 100 losses and now we are where we are. Everyone needs to take a damn breath.
