We really need May. I think his "struggles" have been kind of quirky for the most part. But right now 3-5 is looking a bit shakier than you'd like for playoffs and May is the best bet to solidify the rotation.

He just needs to dial in his control a bit. And he needs to get a different glove.

Edit: Never mind the last comment. I see he changed to a brown leather glove in his last start against the Reds.

He was looking significantly better last week against the Reds before the double rain delay prematurely knocked him out of the game. I'm pretty interested in seeing which version of May shows up tonight. You are spot on --- they need someone who can step into that #3 role and provide solid innings.

On Tuesday, as Chourio hit that mind blowing two out, 9th inning HR to tie the Cubs, I can be seen nervously fidgeting in the background.

My mom asked if I was praying.  I wasn't, so I told her, "absolutely, mom" (a little white lie to make my mom feel good).  Besides, God's a Brewers fan so I know He'll forgive me.
