I mean, I don’t get this at all.

No one had said a negative word at all.

Were you just actively seeking conflict, or?

I wasn’t dissing Chourio in any way. I love Chourio. Has he been one of the top 10 players in baseball history from ages 20-22? I dunno, I very much doubt it. Hank Aaron? Ken Griffey Jr? Juan Soto? That’s just off the top of my head.  I certainly wouldn’t make a definitive statement like that with at least doing a little research to back it up.

This is what he does. Just yesterday we all were told by moderators to simmer down with all this and yet again he's here to start problems unprovoked.

You think you can hurt me? I watch Wisconsin sports. You can't hurt me.

Left him in too damn long.

If we can’t count on Drohan for even 4 innings anymore he has no business being in the rotation.

In MLB history he's 46th in fWAR in age 20-22 seasons at 11.1. Obviously very, very good but nowhere near Top 10 in history.

Here's the link to the fangraphs leaderboard - https://www.fangraphs.com/leaders/major-league?pos=all&stats=bat&lg=all&qual=y&type=8&ind=0&startdate=&enddate=&sortcol=21&sortdir=default&pageitems=30&age=20%2C22&month=0&season1=1871&season=2026&pagenum=1

Of the players above him in the list, only 13 are eligible for the HOF and didn't make it (assuming Pujols gets in). Only 5 of those played in the last 100 years.

19th Century / Pioneer Era (~1876–1900)

  • Mike Tiernan
  • Fred Carroll

Dead-ball Era (~1901–1919)

  • Sherry Magee
  • Jimmy Sheckard
  • Stuffy McInnis
  • Donie Bush
  • Shoeless Joe Jackson (ineligible)

Live-Ball / Classic Era (~1920–1946)

  • Buddy Lewis

Integration / Expansion Era (~1947–1968)

  • Jim Fregosi
  • Vada Pinson

Free Agency Era (~1969–1993)

  • Cesar Cedeno

Modern Era (~1994–2011)

  • Alex Rodriguez
  • Jason Heyward

I’d have to see where the catcher was set up by that’s just an awful 0-2 pitch selection.

I think Drohan is running out of gas.

He's been pretty bad for the last several starts. Whip of 1.75 over his last 30 innings.

Murphy gotta get into playoff mode. What are you watching to let Drohan give up the lead? Frustrating

Probably  to find out if Drohan should be around in October.

Harrison could have done this.

I really don’t get why we’re thinking of yanking Harrison from the rotation and skipping his start and yet no one talks about Drohan.

Don’t think Drohan is meant for the rotation. Should be picking up a few innings as an “opener,” while bridging the innings gap these next two weeks, limiting wear on the actual rotation arms. But that’s about it. He and Patrick may be two-inning pitchers out of the bullpen in the playoffs. Pushed too far tonight.

Relax. No need to run to the moderators. Again, block me. I don’t think the IGTs are for you.

Oh they started an hour ago.  Spoiler alert: Joseph doesn't look like the answer at QB and our defense is bending but so far not breaking against ******* Western Illinois.

Chourio is having the best age 22 season in Brewers history and has only played 113 games, so far. Also, the Brewers do not get good performances from 22 year olds.

I remember when we tried to roster Wei-Chung Wang for a whole year. I guess it sort of worked for a while...:)

His accuracy is pretty poor. Does some things well but yikes he misses some easy throws

23-6 now.  Joseph got bailed out of an INT by a really weak PI call.

They're really bad. Let's just say what it is. The sooner they can Fickell, the better.
