Not that it was a good throw by Rickie or anything, but there is no reason Prince shouldn't have scooped that ball. No doubt in my mind that a majority of 1B in the league would've had that.

The first batter hit it hard. The others were mainly bloops and the one hit slowly into the hole oh yeah and of course the should've been DP ball.

Maybe he shouldn't load the bases with the bottom of the order. Sure he should have gotten out of a jam, but giving up base hits in bunches puts you in that position.

The crapfests that we constantly put together against the Pirates are beyond comprehension.

 

It doesn't make any sense, and it's downright inexcusable. The Pirates don't magically become a "good" team when they play against us.
