  • Rockies (Morales) at Phillies (Kendrick), Game 2, 2:00 PM CDT, TBS
  • Yankees (Wang) at Indians (Sabathia), Game 1, 5:30 PM CDT, TBS
  • Cubs (Lilly) at Diamondbacks (Davis), Game 2, 9:00 PM CDT, TBS

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Come on Sharpie, it would be big to get them down 0-2 before they have to get to come home. Its going to be a great evening a baseball i think (with an hour break for the office of course) http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

(Pretend this is "sedona red" or whatever the D-backs red is called now.)

I don't think my previous avatar image exists anymore, but this'll do.

One of my favorite games from 2005 was when Doug struck out Derrek Lee four times. C'mon, Sharpie.

H4P, Chip Carey did Braves games and works for TBS. I'm pretty sure Len Kasper does Cubs games on WGN. I never really minded Chip all that much, kind of neutral on him, but I really enjoy listening to Tony Gwynn.

NY/Cle is Carey, Gwynn, and Bob Brenly, who does color for the Cubs. Stone is working with Ted Robinson on the Bos/LA series.

Is he the one who sounds like Kermit the Frog? He talks too much. That "Cleveland rocks" line was about the dumbest call I've ever heard. I like the announcers who just let the moment happen and say nothing. That would work great in Cleveland. Those people are nuts. I like em'.

I think I just hate anything associated with the Cubs. Plus he said "That strong Chicago team." Please. The Central is a joke and everybody knows it. I'm so bitter.

Stephen Drew is tacking on runs to support DD. It sure would've been nice to see him in the playoffs in a Brewer uniform, but I would still be happy with a Doug Davis win over the Cubs!

And the cubs are dipping into the bullpen in the fourth. Man, that's gotta be rough.

Hey Lou, are you planning on saving Ted Lilly to pitch on three days' rest http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/roll.gif

Aww, that's my Sharpie. Gets himself in pitch count trouble by the end of the 5th, but keeps his team in the game. And he bunted competently that first AB. http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/smile.gif

Also, although both starters reacted visibly upon surrendering a home run tonight, Sharpie didn't hurl his glove to the ground in anger like Ted Lilly did. I commented on Lilly's response to the S.O. His response: "Well, he learned from the best."

Keep up the good work, D-backs. And thank you, Doug!

boy, this has been fun to watch this evening.

Good games yesterday. Blowouts today. Baseball sure is fickle.
