Truly horrible. His voice was one I grew up with.

 

This is the Packer equivalent of what Brewer fans will feel when Uecker passes.

 

He had some big events that were being promo-ed on the radio recently as well that are coming up.

 

It's a terrible, terrible day for Packer fans.

It's hard to let go of the simple things that one can do when young enough. That's my guess, TC. Probably just never even considered that he 'shouldn't' be doing it.

Yeah..... he makes me long for the "old days" (the 90s, lol) The current Packers broadcasters are what they are, but have nowhere near the charisma of Max. Count me as another that grew up on "his voice". He will be missed
