What??? Rickie looks like he always looks. The guy has a large mid/lower section and large quads. I don't think he looks any different than he always looks.

looks like normal Rickie to me. My guess is the combo of his body type, baggy uniform, & angle appeared to pack some weight on Rickie.

Weeks has always had a large core. Some angles are less flattering than others. I snapped this on last season. Looks bigger there (imo) than in the current photo.

no breeze at all......in fact it was a pretty calm, pleasant day. Take it for what it's worth, but if you take your hand at an arms length away and put it in front of your face. That is about how far away I was from him getting an autograph. He looked big to me.....I don't know why that is, but I was surprised. Who cares though?! This is ST chatter, we all know he is going to be just fine.

Rickie has always been huge. I remember taking a double take my first time seeing him and Prince in Beloit because Rickie looked just as thick as Prince. If he ever gets totally healthy, he's going to put up some gigantic power numbers with his strength and bat speed (which I think both of which are is equal or greater than Prince's). We've got some athletic freaks on this team.
