I don't know if Finley had the experience. I think he is only the Interim GM with the Mavericks, isn't he? One name I thought would come up is Tom Saggisor. He was the president of RBC Wealth Management and recently left that position. He obviously knows about investments and has a bit of a name in the Wisconsin community. -

If May performs the same as what the Brewers were expecting Woodruff to perform this year, would you extend a contract to him? Not sure what he would be looking for (I'm sure not $22M). I know it is speculation, but would there be a chance he would sign if offered?

The Dodgers are playing 4D chess. They will take care of business by not getting too worked up if the Cubs beat them because it puts stress on the Brewers. The Dodgers will turn up the heat against Milwaukee, for sure. Like you said, they have such a big lead in their division, they have nothing to worry about.

That is a great point. I wonder if the Tigers have some type of agreement in place with Boras much the same way that the Milwaukee Bucks have a deal in place with Gary Trent, Jr.'s agent. It all seems very fishy to me, too. Either that, or the Tigers' FO is really, really inept.

For me, it is more wash, rinse, repeat. I equate this to the Wisconsin Badgers when Barry Alvarez was coaching. Win the Big Ten, but don't anything different that might win them the National Championship. Before too long, the opportunity is gone.

No. I don’t understand why the ask from the Brewers was so much higher than what the Dodgers ended up giving them.

Arnold will only make a trade to get the sixth string bat boy so the Brewers will have a backup to a backup. I have zero confidence that there’s going to be some type of a needle mover trade.
