  1. In Anthony Witrado's chat today he said that the Brewers might to a sign and trade w/ Mike Cameron in the off-season. He can't be serious.
  2. I think that both Hakim Warrick and Ersan Ilyasova are going to play major roles. Also, I think either Mbah a Moute or Delfino will be the starting 3. I believe/hope Kurt Thomas will see more minutes at backup C than both Gadz and Elson.
  3. Bucks just traded Amir Johnson and Sonny Weems to the Raptors for Carlos Delfino and Roko Ukic. I like Delfino, and think he is a good rotation player that can play the 2/3.
  4. I would take him over Mike Burns and Claudio Vargas if he would be willing to pitch for us.
  5. I don't think the Bucks haven't really said anything about the situation, besides the fact that they would like to retain Sessions. The rest of the reports have been from agents, or unnamed sources. I get the feeling that Woelfel is just throwing out a whole bunch of speculation.
  6. Here is a link that shows a variety of these type of things; http://eatfeats.com/calendar/Wisconsin.html I'm not sure why, but I absolutely love eating challenges.
  7. I wouldn't count out the Bucks bringing back Sessions. I think there are still ways to bring the Bucks far enough under the luxury tax to match an offer sheet. Also we don't even know how much the offer sheet will be for Sessions. BTW I love the Warrick signing, I think he will play a major role this season. He is an unbelieviable athlete, and is getting to be a better basketball player. If nothing else he will provide some highlight dunks that we haven't seen since D-Mase and T.J. Ford played together.
  8. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/soccer/51596682.html The Wave have reached a tentative agreement w/ a new owner.
  9. Ok, but I just don't think it would take as much as you said.
  10. I don't think it would take that much, and if it did obviously you can't do it.
  11. What would it take to get Cliff Lee and Victor Martinez from the Indians? I know it's totally unrealistic, but I would have to think a package headlining Gamel/Escobar, Parra, Salome/Lucroy would be a good starting point. Positives to this: - Both are locked up for next season at a reasonable rate - Get Ace pitcher - Get another middle of the order bat that hits righties and lefties equally. - Get offense from the catcher position Neagatives - Would have to give up a lot of good prospects - Payroll would have to go up - Not sure Martinez could handle playing C everyday
  12. You got that they were the two most immature guys based on that? Voluntarily giving up there time at a charity event and in his eyes not being as personable as some of the other guys? I think I'll still take my chances on Ramon Sessions.
  13. 15% of Brewer fans is a lot of people, I think it would be enough to at least mention it in the notes section.
  14. Can I ask where you read that Sessions and Charlie V were the most immature guys on the team? I haven't heard anything and I like to think I follow the Bucks enough to hear something like that.
  15. I hope they match. IMO Sessions is already worth the MLE, and will continue to get better. I don't see any problems w/ having him and Jennings on the roster, Sessions showed that he can play SG reasonably well. If it ever gets to be a problem, I don't think it would be hard to trade him.
  16. I hope its true, it would allow us to match the whole MLE if Sessions gets an offer. Plus I can't stand watching Malik Allen play.
  17. I think the problem w/ David Lee is that he wants 9-10 million a year, and I'm not sure he's worth it. Although, I do think he is a good player.
  18. Woelfel just came out w/ another tweet that says the Knicks are going to call the Bucks about a S&T for Sessions, or offer him a contract for the MLE.
  19. Some interesting news from twitter... According to Gery Woelfel, the Bucks have inquired w/ the Jazz about Carlos Boozer, but a deal is unlikely. Also, Drew Gooden asked which team he should play for and listed the Bucks w/ the Cavs, Bobcats and another team, that slipped my mind. I for one would love to see Carlos Boozer w/ the Bucks, and wouldn't mind Gooden if he could be signed cheaply. I am hoping that Boozer is the FA that is brought in after this year, since he is a 26 year old 20/10 PF that plays w/ a mean streak.
  20. I hope so, he sure looks like it. It will be interesting to see if he becomes a regular off the bench this season. The additions of Ilyasova and Meeks should help make us a much better outside shooting ballclub. I think Ersan will be a steal at that price, from what I've seen and heard his game has improved a lot. He was one of the best young players in Europe last season. Hopefully next up for the Bucks is bringing back Sessions, and trading Ridnour. I also think they will bring in a SF, maybe one of Matt Barnes, Rodney Carney or Ime Udoka?
  21. My main hobby is playing soccer. I also love cooking, watching and following sports.
  22. Its probably too early to say that, I could see him filling a Tim Legler, Eddie House type role as a sniper off the bench. The man can flat out shoot. Also w/ Sessions being 6'3" he could probably guard the sg w/ stoudamre covering the pg some of the time.
  23. The place on the southside I believe is now called the Milwaukee County Sports Complex. It is located off Ryan Rd. in Franklin, and it was probably a better pitch than Uihlein, but I don't think it had as much bleacher room. I don't think there is a legit soccer stadium in Milwaukee. If they built a nice soccer stadium I believe an MLS team would do much better than a USL or indoor team in Milwaukee. There is a very big soccer community in Milwaukee and Wisconsin, and I think people would have an easier time shelling out some money when they've heard of some of the players before.
  24. I agree, it must be you.Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I was being sarcastic.
  25. Is he even available? Why would Pittsburgh trade him?
