  1. Playstation VUE doesn't have FSWI yet along with some other FS networks but the last I heard they are working on it. In Phoenix now they have a couple of the local channels. Plus it has the Big Ten Network, ESPN and nearly all of the FSN's.
  2. I have an electric one and well the summer isn't all that great for smoking here in Arizona when it is 110+ outside though it doesn't take long for the smoker to get to a nice temp which is good. I was thinking about doing some pulled pork either this weekend or next. Maybe just put the pork in the smoker for a 2-3 hours and then throw it in the crock pot after. Not sure on how I am going to do it yet.
  3. Even if Puk is not the top pick I don't see him going any lower than the 4th pick. I don't see how he could last until the Brewers pick as both the Braves and the Rockies would be all over him.
  4. I want nothing to do with Pint. I believe he is a future reliever or closer at best. I just don't see him as a starter.
  5. You could just pin your most used programs to your taskbar.
  6. The Red Sox make sense here. Devers + would be what I would expect in return.
  7. Where the I-10 West meets with I-17 N/S is bad but the I-17 and the Loop 101 exit is just words can not describe that exit. I will not drive in the center or right lane any where near I-17 and Bell and the 101 exit it is just way to hazardous to be driving there. So many bad drivers in Phoenix and I swear every single one drives on the I-17 or the 101 when I am driving.
  8. All I can think of is this joke by Ron White!
  9. Perez would be a good pick but if Groome is on the board you absolutely have to take him. I think Groome is the only Ace type pitcher in the draft right now though I am intrigued with Braxton Garrett and he maybe a sleeper that slips into the top 5 mostly a control oriented LHP but he does have a nice curveball.
  10. Which is also all divisible by 3.
  11. Every time I read Bubba Derby at Home my brain reads Hom Run Derby.
  12. The Cardinals are the only real rivalry between the two teams the Brewers not so much to either the Cardinals or the Cubs. The teams will still play each other every year as every team plays each team 6 times one home and one away series. I don't see a problem here. I don't see a problem here. Not really a problem and the Pirates and the Mariners are not small market teams. The Mariners have had 100m+ teams in the past plus they have signed Cano and Cruz in the past couple of off seasons. The Pirates can also hang with the teams in their division.
  13. I tried to make the divisions geographically close to each other. I really like the AL East and the AL South as I think those two divisions will be the most competitive along with the NL West. AL East: Yankees Red Sox Mets Expansion Team Brooklyn AL North: Orioles Pirates Nationals Phillies AL Central: Cubs Blue Jays White Sox Tigers AL South: Braves Rays Marlins Expansion team (Charlotte) NL North: Indians Reds Brewers Twins NL Central: Royals Cardinals Rangers Astros NL South West: Rockies Diamondbacks Padres A's NL West: Dodgers Angels Giants Mariners
  14. I just don't see Stone getting that much playing time in the NBA he may get the Dekker treatment and only appear in 2 games for the whole season. I believe he needed to stay in college linger he is not NBA ready. Neither Ellenson or Stone are borderline 1st rounders so if either stayed one more year they would still be top 15 talents I just don't see either being ready for the NBA yet. Ellenson will probably get more playing time than Stone will.
  15. Anyone else feel that neither Ellenson or Stone are ready for the NBA? I thought Ellenson needed at least one more year at Marquette before going pro and Stone looked like he needs to stay for another 3-years.
  16. could also have a lot to do with safety. For example, The Bucs drafted Jameous Winston to be their franchise QB for 10 years, if you do not put together a competent OL, you risk serious injury. If you have a young stud basketball player and put him with 4 scrubs, it really doesn't mean he has a better chance for injury. Good example of this is Tim Couch and David Carr more so Carr than Couch. Neither ever had a chance to suceed in the NFL as QB's. I am not sure if the Browns are an obvious tank job or if their front office is extremely bad at player management.
  17. If Tyrone Taylor walks a little bit more his MLB comp will be Lorenzo Cain. Cain never was a power hitter in the minors actually some here on the board didn't like Cain when he was coming up and thought he would be a 4th or 5th OF at best because he showed very little power in the minors. Power is not everything especially when you can substitute that with speed and good defense. Cain is always going to be a player who has to rely on speed and contact all while also having a good eye at the plate. Cain before last year didn't hit more than 7 HR in a season and I am going to go with his last season hitting 16 was a fluke and he will return to a 5 HR type player. Age is catching up to Cain now and he has to redefine how he plays but he is still a good player. Taylor hasn't developed the same type of eye at the plate. Taylor is about on the same track as Cain was though Cain suffered through more injuries as he was coming up through the minor league system. At age 22 Cain started out in high A and finished in AAA towards the end of the year. At age 24 Cain repeated AA due to an injury the previous year and finished in the Majors. Taylor should reach the majors by age 23 the same track that Cain was on before he got injured. It is definitely way to early to bring up Taylor to play in the majors. It will only hurt his development as he needs to continue to develop his OBP skills.
  18. I thought I heard the Vader heavy breathing at the end of the trailer but maybe that was just me? Listen closely at the 1:27 mark of the video.
  19. Well at least we are not the Padres who have not yet scored 1 run yet!

  21. Record: 72-90; 4th NL Central Team MVP: Ryan Braun Home Runs: Carter 35 Wins: 16 Nelson Bold prediction: Brewers go 11-8 against the Cardinals.
  22. With one tweak, the lineup is even more stacked: C: Lucroy 1B: Fielder 2B: Gennett SS: Hardy 3B: Braun LF: Davis CF: Cain RF: Brantley Congatulations you just found the worst possible defensive team in MLB history!
