    Yet they were completely dominated by Ohio State in every aspect on the OL. Indiana is not a top 10 team and they are a bit overrated as they have played two teams Michigan in a down year and Ohio State. They just barely beat Michigan and got absolutely rocked and dominated by Ohio State. If you gave Indiana Wisconsin's schedule they may have one or two more wins than Wisconsin has. That doesn't scream a top 10 team to me. The OL also looked very similar to the Badgers in that Ohio State game. I don't see Bostad being all that much better than Blazek. Bostad is also in his second year at IU compared to Blazek only being in his first. Bostad didn't look all that great last year at IU.

    I still think Fickell was the right hire. The defense didn't look good today which is weird as the defense lately has looked decent. The OL is still having issues where they look good for stretches then completely fall apart. I don't think it is a coaching problem I think it is the players not executing the coaching. You can be the greatest coach but if it goes in one ear and out the other there really isn't much you can do coaching wise that is a player problem. I think the Badgers have a lot of player problems on the OL and that is why the running game comes in spurts every once in awhile there are holes and other times the OL forgets what they are even doing. You can see at times there is some solid coaching going on and things get fixed and then all of a sudden they are back to where they were for no apparent reason. I don't think there needs to be a house cleaning at all. This team has some really good talent especially at the skill positions. They need to fix the OL and the QB situation if they fix those two spots I think this team will surprise people next year. This was always going to be a 3-5 year fix as PC completely gave up on recruiting and left the team in a really bad spot recruiting wise. We are just starting to see better recruitment and we just need to live through what PC did to the program recruiting wise.

    He is already 34 years old. I wouldn't even put him ahead of Monasterio on the roster.

    The only other thing I can think of would be to combine them into one post and have the tool just make a new post in that one. That would also de clutter things.

    Would it be possible to add a filter and a tag for all of the payroll blueprint threads? It is a bit over whelming and overly cluttered with the number of posts from this tool. I don't mind that they are on the main forum but if it would be possible to add a filter and have these tagged to remove them it would be a bit helpful.

    Marquette is going to need as many wins like this as they can get as the Big East is not as good this year or as deep as it was last year.

    Challenge met and conquered. One thing I was not liking in this game was the number of fouls and the times where it was stand around make one or two passes and then shoot a three. The offense looks a lot better when they are attacking the basket. Need more of that and less of the stand around the three point line and shoot.

    Too many 3's and not enough lane penetration to end the first half.

    What in the actual heck was Giannis and Green doing in that play? That is just bad defense and pure luck they didn’t get a shot off.

    Not concerned just a matter of fact that they just squeaked by Maryland. This game against Purdue may be an elite 8 or final four matchup preview. A bit early but I think Marquette can finally get that far into the tournament as long as they stay healthy that is.

    The one I am talking about is the one where Walker is running all alone into the end zone wide open. Locke had no pressure coming and absolutely air mails the ball above Walkers head. It was an easy pass and would have resulted in a TD. That was the game winner right there instead of 3-pts it should have been a TD. Locke is absolutely horrible and should not be the QB going forward he can’t even make the easy throws.

    When you over throw a wide open receiver by 10 feet in the air there really isn't an offense that is going to do you any favors.

    The Badgers should be up by 1 if Locke makes an easy throw earlier in the game instead the Badgers only got 3 instead of 7.

    Bad QB play comes back to haunt the Badgers again.

    Other than the first few drives the offense has been on point this game. The passing game has opened the run game a bit. The LB’s and safeties haven’t been able to crash the line of scrimmage as much. The OL have also been getting a good push since about the 2nd quarter. Hopefully they can keep this up.

    The running game wasn’t working early so something had to change. It is working so far and they have ran the ball better since going to the pass more.

    Finally some good throws by Locke. What is confusing is how bad accuracy wise Locke can be on some easy to medium difficult throws with very little to no pressure.

    One easy pass that should have scored a TD and one medium level difficulty pass for a first down. The problem with both? You guessed it an inaccurate throw by Locke. This team would be 1000 times better if Locke is not the QB.

    Marquette squeaked by a Maryland team and has its biggest test against Purdue on Tuesday. Hopefully Joplin can play a bit better otherwise it is going to be a tough win against Purdue. Parham looks really promising off of the bench.

    Some Badgers fans would hate this but I wish PC was fired and Deion Sanders was his replacement after the 2022 season. Maybe Fickell will be better over the long term but what Sanders has done for Colorado is a bit of a miracle so far. Basically I would like to see what Colorado is doing right now at Wisconsin. Defensively they look like the Badgers before PC took over. Hiring PC as the HC was one of the worst decisions the Badgers have done in a while especially on the recruiting side of things.
