    Yeah. Just pointed out how little value it gives Black. Look at Owen Miller having equal value to JC. Clearly that value didn't exist when he was in the minors. The week Black makes it in to top 100 or the majors, his value will jump much higher. I keep looking for players for the crew to trade, and it's like nope and why would the other team want him?

    Gotta imagine the return for Hader will be better than what Milw got. He's definitely pitching better than when we traded him. Though at this date last year, he had a little bit better numbers than thus far this season at this date.

    Hmm just mentioned his name 3 hours before Morosi made his tweet. Coincidence? Does he lurk here huh? 3 of last 4 seasons hitting 121+ OPS+ You read the MLBTR story on moving on from Tellez at 1b. None of those options felt like an upgrade, yet they thought it would be. JC would definitely be an upgrade that would make him coveted by a good number of teams. That good ol trade value site suggests he has about 10.6M value but I'd go on he'd earn an overpay around 14M due to the competition. A comp on the team would be trading Owen Miller to them. Brown Jr and Black but lbvs, Black would be more than enough and overpay honestly. The site just doesn't grade him higher, like Luis Lara just below Black's value 5m. While we don't need him at 3b, 1b/dh replacing Winker/Tellez would improve the team. Gotta imagine as a switch hitter, Counsell would love him 2-4 in order.

    Jeimer Candelario playing mostly 3b for Washington has experience at 1b with Detroit. He'd be a rental but probably coveted by multiple teams. I'd think if we can get Frelick called up and playing CF with Wiemer to RF that may increase the RF situation. Just posted in NL Central discussion how the team is approaching 9 games vs Cincy 6 vs Atl 4 vs Cubs besides Pit/Phi all right before deadline. That 6 vs Cincy before/after deadline should really set the minds if buying or selling. With the 9 games vs Cin/Atl being the dagger which way.

    We are about to play 13 straight games vs Pit(3) Chi(4) Cin (6) Will go a long way determining if they'll be buyers or sellers. Not to mention, after that they play Phi/Atl/Cin again/Atl finishing on July 30th. They won't play Cin again to finish the season after those 9 games. 3 or 4 wins I'd assume selling is in order. 5 or more they'd buy.

    I'm optimistic Tellez' June OPS will beat Luis Arraez' BA for month of June. 427-424 after today. 😅

    Was going to suggest trade for Ty France. But don't have the right mix of giveaways you would part with and they'd want. Probably cost Black+.

    Well Adames now 0-19 with 5 walks since his 4hit game. He's due to get a hit tomorrow back batting 167 again.

    Holy cow he's at 422OPS over last 30games....worse than Adames. Gotta be historic (bad)to have your 3/4 hitters combine to hit what they've done in June.

    What's Narvaez even doing throwing to 2b? Is the real question. Wiemer running to 2b down 7 with 1out isn't a rookie mistake. Breaks up the chance for another gidp. Average situation.

    I get the moving him around in different spots daily argument. I'm not advocating that. I'm serious about just put him at a spot in the top 5. 2nd after Yelich. Keep him there. 3rd replacing Adames. Just keep him there. 4th instead of Tellez just keep him there. 5th instead of the dozen who've started there. Keep him there. All instead of 9th.

    What does Baltimore need? Because a 3b prospect named Coby Mayo I'd send them what they need that acquires him. Think I seen Mayo mentioned around here. I see why.

    Yep like bruisedcrew said. It's findable on BRef. They are incredible by tracking such stuff. 2-5 with 3R scored. 6-2 with 4R 9-2 with 5R. 5-2 6R. 8-0 with 7. Have not finished a game yet at 8 runs.
